Design Philosophy:
We give each client impeccable personal service, along with cutting edge creative style. There are very few “rights and wrongs” in design ~ each project has a uniqueness all its own! It just takes the right design team to bring it together.

1) Custom designs for interior built-ins, such as fireplaces, cabinet walls, ceiling designs, hand sketched or drawn in AutoCAD

3) Finding just the right antiques and/or artifacts to highlight and complete any design style.
High End Residential Design, Boutique Design, Hospitality, Material Specifications, Interior Design for spec homes and high end apt and loft projects, Architectural Interior Design for remodeling projects, Furnishing and Accessorizing.

Education:
Oral Roberts University, Vanguard University: Major in Art History

Fee Methods:
1) FOR REMODELS AND REDECORATING PROJECTS: First hour of consultation is free (usually at potential client’s home). Thereafter, $175.00/hour, billed monthly. Purchases for clients invoiced at Designer’s Wholesale Cost plus 35%.
2) FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION: Flat fee of $7.00/livable foot for all interior design and material specification throughout the entire process of designing and building the home. Payable in (4) equal payments.
